At times when writing, ideas will need to be extracted from the inner parts of our brains. Due to the fact that they get cluttered with junk and other unnecessary stuff from our every day life. It is easily done by getting distracted and allowing them to take over. When this happens the information has to be obtained with as much effort as possible.
This slows us down having to dig deep into our minds to withdraw what we are looking for and trying to find. The hidden data is held up and will take a 3 step process to free it…
Step 1: Separate the usable prize thoughts from the unusable scattered brain thinking with no real meaning. Each time we look or feel something it sends thought patterns through our minds like a title wave. A decision has to be made what to do with it.
Step 2: Determine what will be kept to be used, saved, and trowed away in the garbage. Our minds is like a file system that needs to be maintained on a regular basis. How often it needs to be maintained is up to you. But, I recommend do not let things pile up, so daily is a good maintenance program.
Step 3: Select what will be exerted choosing carefully what to pull out. But, now it should be easier and make things more efficient. Seeing your productivity level excel above normal. Just because you took out the rummage.
All this is done by drawing forth from the research already previously done. To take the required steps the advance forward making things a lot better. It is not a simple process but needs to always be taken care of.
